Frequently asked questions

How does the levitation work?

Magnets and a small electronic controller in each base hold the decoration in a stable balance, so it floats about 1–1.5 cm above the base without touching it.

Is it hard to set up?

Place the base on a flat, stable surface away from metal objects and plug it in. Hold the floating part centered a few centimeters above the base and lower it slowly until you feel it balance, then let go. It can take a few tries the first time.

Do they need to stay plugged in?

Yes. The bases run on mains power and need to stay plugged in to float and light up. There are no batteries to change.

What should I do before switching it off?

Always lift the floating part off first, then switch off or unplug the base. If the power goes out, the decoration drops onto its base, so keep it away from the edge of the table.

Can the tree change colors?

Yes. The tree's RGB lighting shifts between warm and cool colors, so you can match it to the mood of the evening.

Are they safe around children and pets?

The bases contain strong magnets. Keep them out of reach of small children and pets, and away from pacemakers, bank cards and sensitive electronics. They are decorations, not toys.
